**Job Description Summary**:
Responsible for CSG’s Digital Wholesale Business (DW) product implementation and project delivery including conducting workshops (requirement study), solution design for product implementation, liaise and co-ordinate customer requirements with other consultants and product management for effective outcome, prepare customer specific configuration, conduct training for the users, coordinate internal testing of the product customizations and new features and review user acceptance tests for successful system implementation.

**Position Competences Requirements**:

- Specialized in CSG DW ICT Core, Financial Accounting Manager (FAM) and multiple products within DW product family like Roaming Manager, Contract Manager, Dispute and Reconciliation Manager (DRM) etc.
- Competencies in telecommunication wholesale trading and billing business domain, technical and product knowledge.
- Should have an in-depth understanding of Interconnect Billing business scenarios (Access, NLD and International), Invoicing, Roaming Settlements, and Optimized Routing.
- Require experience and skills to guide the customer through the formulation and documentation of business requirements.
- Require experience and skills to create a design that meets the customer requirements, fits within the DW Infrastructure and is designed to make the best use of the DW product offerings.
- Provide process and solution overview knowledge to Pre-sales in the pre-project phase and assist Pre-sales on any potential customer RFP and system demonstration. Provide inputs to Pre-Sales on the solution proposal and project scoping.
- Ensures technical viability of solutions as defined in the Statement of Work and subsequent Change Requests.
- Assumes overall responsibility for defining a solution that matches the client’s business needs.
- Assess customer’s needs and provide consultation and solution to improve clients’ business efficiencies.
- Guides the project team through project planning, implementation, and testing of the system requirements.
- Reviews test plans to ensure coverage of system requirements.
- Manages specification studies in multiple areas and phases, using a team of consultants, including assessment of the customer’s readiness and the creation of agendas.
- Primary contact point for client’s business interests, and responsible for the resolution of issues.
- Point of contact for information, support, and consultation with other Business Consultants, core product management teams, and shared development team.
- Conduct super user training effectively within the allocated time frame.
- Work together with the customer in taking the system to production via onsite support and pre-production activities like data loading and end-to-end verification activities.
- Address customers’ questions during training / UAT. Identify issues, impact assessments, root cause analysis, and liaise with the responsible personnel in Product Management or R&D for solution.
- Liaise with Product Management and R&D on issue clarifications and functional improvements.
- Responsible for delivering feedback to Product Management to ensure that future releases of the products meet the ongoing needs of clients/businesses.
- Provides leadership to the project team and client on the impact of market and regulatory changes and the future directions of the core products.
- Works and collaborates with expert level peers, willing to travel (up to 60-70% depending on project requirements) and relocate on need basis.

**Skills & Knowledge**:

- Must be able to speak/read/write in English for work and collaboration within CSG.
- Skilled at steering business demand/departments by pushing existing capabilities and standardized solutions and matching these with the required functionalities.
- Excellent knowledge of an integrated DW solution, demonstrating the expertise of several products and/or modules.
- Challenging the business to use technology efficiently and pushes for standardized long-term configurable solutions.
- Ability to identify priorities and manage own workload assignments according to priority.
- Ability to handle pressure well both within the team and at customer environment.
- Gain better knowledge of the system suggesting Product Management for more optimized features with less customization in the future.
- Telecommunication industry knowledge, such as carrier business operations, telecom network architecture etc.
- Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Highly developed communication skills for demonstrations, presentations, consultation with clients and influencing others.
