Johnson & Johnson MedTech is recruiting for a **Finance Jr. Analyst to be based in São Paulo **(3 days on-site and 2 days remotely).

Reporting to closing and compliance leadership the Analyst will be responsible to ensure accurate, compliant and timely financial closing (P&L and BS closing) for Medtech Brazil. Key tasks for this role are closing activities including sales closing, accruals reviews, Shared Service (GFS) interactions, PnL and BS Analysis, process improvements projects and preparation of Sox controls.

**Main Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Closing and Reporting
- Support coordinate closing process working in conjunction with Shared Service (GFS) and Business Unit.
- Prepare key accruals for the MRC.
- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
- Work closely with GSF to ensure clear understanding of postings
- Liaison with LE Statutory team to share understanding of LR & local statutory results
- Understanding of Legal Entity US & Local GAAP reporting to local Country Tax Centre

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/ Finance or Accounting
- Intermediate Skills in English is required (presentations, listening and written).
- Solid BR GAAP / US GAAP reporting / accounting knowledge
- SAP/Tableau Solutions/PowerBI/Power Apps Skills is desirable
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, meet deadlines and be able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills required
- Effective analytical and problem solving skills, plus demonstrates drive and a willingness to take ownership for tasks and responsibilities.
- Availability to work in São Paulo
