**Global Banking Operations searches for a Treasury F&S Advisor Implementation**

This position will support our clients and partners during onboarding process and implementation of Treasury Services in Latam.

**Responsibilities**:

- Acting as the primary interface to med/high revenue clients, that’s includes leading, directing, and coordinating the implementation of highly complex treasury, cash management, card and/or depository products and services.
- Provide relationship management, servicing, and technical assistance to internal business partners/vendors in order to ensure a timely and smooth implementation process.
- Provide a consultative approach to client through implementation;
- Facilitate internal and external client calls to work through implementation requests utilizing project management and technical skills;
- Troubleshoot, research, and respond to internal client team requests;
- Engage key stakeholders throughout the implementation process
- Strives to bring new thoughts and ideas to teams in order to drive innovation and unique solutions;
- Excels in working among diverse viewpoints to determine the best path forward;
- Experience in connecting with a diverse set of clients to understand future business needs - is a continuous learner;
- Commitment to challenging the status quo and promoting positive change;
- Participate in and drive collaborative efforts to advance tools, technology, and ways of working to better serve an evolving client base;

**Core skills and requirements**:

- Presentable, confident and client focused. Client facing experience or ability to conduct discussions with Clients in a confident manner;
- Excellent communications skills and ability to present to an audience;
- Ability to work under pressure in a team environment;
- Ability to liaise with all levels of the firm and people with different experiences and backgrounds;
- Speak and write fluently in English and Portuguese;
- Comfortable receiving ongoing performance feedback and coaching;
- Comfortable with ongoing change and learning new technology/processes;
- Ability to analyze and resolve customer inquiries;
- Ability to provide a positive customer experience through creative solutions;
- At least an intermediate ability in computer skills;
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems while interacting with the customer;
- Comfortable receiving ongoing performance feedback and coaching;
- Ability to engage with customers, begin a conversation, build rapport, and handle objections.
