We are looking for a **Product Manager**who will ensure the development of the AI-platform, which is designed for natural communication and entertainment and helps avoid feelings of loneliness. It features a unique profile marketplace with detailed backstories, covering individuals of all ages, genders, and nationalities, each with their unique interests. AI bots behind these profiles offer a personalized communication experience, mimicking real human interactions so convincingly that the line between artificial and real fades away.

**Your main tasks will be**:

- Identify growth opportunities within the product by analyzing its performance and discovering areas for improvement.
- Develop hypotheses and create a roadmap to guide the product's development and expansion.
- Manage the requirements for executing the proposed hypotheses, ensuring all necessary steps are clearly defined.
- Oversee the delivery process, ensuring the efficient and timely execution of product strategies.
- Analyze the results of experiments to gain insights and refine the product's direction.
- Handle the operational management of the product division's activities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations aligned with strategic goals.

**We expect from you**:

- Strong ability to formulate hypotheses and define execution requirements.
- Experience in managing development teams and driving product initiatives.
- Proficiency in validating hypotheses through data and experimentation.
- Skilled in conducting quantitative and qualitative product research.
- Effective communicator with designers, analysts, and development teams.
- Ability to work with metrics to identify growth opportunities.
- Creative thinking and idea generation.
- Strong responsibility, stress resistance, and result orientation.
- Empathy for understanding user needs.
- Passionate, loyal, and committed to providing honest feedback.
- Tolerant of failure and focused on learning from it.
- Fluent Russian is required for the role.
