Team Introduction
Finance BP and Business FP&A is a sub-department of Finance. It aims to improve management efficiency, reduce financial risks and strengthen budget control by providing business analysis and management reports.

**Position Overview**:
TikTok is seeking a finance business partner that will support our global monetization business. The new hire will be in charge of performing management reporting and rolling forecast, providing financial advice to the business team and improving business efficiency, among other responsibilities. This will be a high visibility role as you will supporting multiple international initiatives and senior leadership.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with business team and strategy team, provide insightful and quality financial advice to supporting business
- Prepare managerial financial report and rolling forecast, track business financial performance and perform related financial analysis
- Build and optimize financial processes and related systems to improve efficiency and control business risks
- Perform special ad hoc projects and analysis on a frequent basis

**Qualifications**:

- 4-5+ years of FP&A, sales finance or related analytical experience. High growth tech start-up experience, public accounting firm, or advertising experience preferred
- Track record experience with complex financial planning & analysis
- Exceptional data analytic skills. Familiarity with SQL preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills, good team spirit, and the ability to collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions
- Professional proficiency in English; Elementary Spanish is a plus
- CPA, CFA, CMA qualifications preferred
