**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Make **3,000 outbound calls per day** through our dialer system.
- Generate and qualify leads for closers.
- Book appointments and maintain CRM accuracy.
- Collaborate with closers and sales management to improve performance.
- Attend daily check-ins and KPI reviews.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Fluent English.
- Portuguese is a must.
- B2B sales or cold-calling experience required.
- Quiet home office with dual monitors and a noise-cancelling headset.
- You’ll be **on Zoom throughout the day** for team collaboration, performance tracking, and live prospect interactions.
- Must have a **clean, professional background and lighting** suitable for video calls and recordings.
- Setters are occasionally **featured in marketing or training materials**,being comfortable on camera is a **strong plus.**:

**COMPENSATION**
- **Base**: R$3,000/month.
- **Bonuses**: Performance-based incentives for meetings booked and deals closed.

Setters are expected to make **3,000 outbound calls per day**, achieve at least **10 qualified appointments per week**, and maintain a **minimum 50% show ratio** to qualify for full performance bonuses.

**EXPECTATIONS**
- Complete a **one-day paid test** before hiring.
- Maintain **consistency and daily accountability.**:

Pay: R$3,000.00 - R$10,000.00 per month
