Global Process Automation Sr Specialist, Brazil

Collaborate with innovative 3Mers around the world

As a Global Process Automation Sr Specialist for Customer Operations Data & Analytics, you will play a key role in delivering and enhancing new digitization & Process Automation Solutions through state-of-the-art technologies. In this role you will be connected with stakeholders across IT and Customer Operations/Business Departments delivering value and agility by automating critical process and helping 3M achieve excellence in Customer Operations services.

The impact you will make in this role
- Identify, map, and document potential processes for enhanced solutions (PDDs)
- Assess technical feasibility of proposed solutions
- Design, develop, implement, and maintain new innovative solutions for manual processes
- Leverage benchmark frameworks standards as well as IT-defined guidelines for day-to-day activities

Your Skills and Expertise
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Engineering or related areas
- Experience as an automation specialist
- Proven track record with programming languages - C#, Python
- Experience with SQL / NoSQL
- Experience with Microsoft Azure Architecture and overall cloud environment (DataVerse, DataFactory, etc.)
- Advanced/Fluent English is required
- Curious, analytical, and problem-solver

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

- Experience working with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, etc)
- Experience with SAP Scripting
- Experience with Salesforce APIs
- Experience with Snowflake
- Experience with AWS
- Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) knowledge
- Experience in Agile Methodologies (Scrum)
- MBA or specialization degrees in Analytics, Automation, Data Science, or related areas
