**Major Tasks**

Master Data Management is the department responsible for all registration, maintenance and governance of supplier and customer data throughout Latin America. The operation is based in Brazil and Costa Rica, through the GBS (Global Business Services) structure. The team carries out activities for more than 20 countries, using various tools and different resources.

**YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO**:

- The specialist is responsible for supporting technically associates, senior associates, process experts and senior process expert to ensure that tasks are being performed as required and for providing the best solutions for data governance challenges.

Operations:

- Responsible for high complexity reports, projects and improvements initiatives and main point of contact of Operational Excellence topics. Responsible for mass uploads, data migration and cleansing on SAP systems.
- Provide solutions for SAP target environment to achieve stakeholders needs (N8P, PBC, P08, P4S, S1P, etc.).
- Responsible for checking team metrics to support CCL on ensuring that workload is being allocated and monitored properly.
- Ensure that Country documentations are being updated and approved in MyWiki as needed.
- Stakeholder management. Attend regular calls with the business and team to ensure that process concerns are being addressed and KPI initiatives are being supported.
- Partner with Global Office and coordinate with GPO.

Issue Resolution:

- Checks issues/escalations received and support the team in ensuring that action plans are being carried and completed.
- Early engagement on potential issues and communicating such to Capability Community Lead.

SLA:

- Work with the team in root-cause analysis activities and implementing improvement initiatives.
- Report results of operations to CCL.

Data Integrity:

- Ensures that the team is performing processes based on the Desktop Procedures and Country Supporting Documents.
- Responsible for ensuring that ICS controls are being performed correctly and timely.
- Main MDM representative in external audits

**ARE YOU READY FOR THE POSITION?**
- Superior Degree (Bachelor, technologist, etc.) on Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Science, Economics, or related areas - Mandatory.
- MBA/Postgraduate/Specialization on related areas desirable.
- Strong experience in Master Data Management, or similar relevant areas - Desirable.
- Fluent English language skills - Mandatory.
- Spanish - Desirable
- Previous experience with master data or with demands related to the registration area - Mandatory.
- Previous experience leading projects and/or people - Mandatory.
- Reside in cities in Vale do Paraíba, SP and be available to go at least once a week to the office in São José dos Campos, SP - Mandatory.
- Previous knowledge of the SAP system - Desirable
- Previous knowledge of ERP's - Mandatory.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Desirable knowledge on automation tools (MS Power Apps, Power Automate, Python, PBI, UiPath, etc.)
- Experienced in Project Management methodologies - Desirable.
- Lean Methodology knowledge - Desirable.
- Strong Knowledge in MS office and related software - Mandatory.
- SAP S/4 HANA experience preferred.
