Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or other technical field from an accredited university
- Extensive experience in supply chain, inventory planning, operations, consulting and/or finance, with a history of owning/driving results
- Highly analytical, capable of turning raw data into information and insights
- Extensive qualitative/quantitative data analysis related to Supply Chain, Operations, Transportation, Logistics or Inventory Management
- Proven track record of managing and executing large projects from start to finish, including project management, data gathering and modeling, problem solving, and communicating recommendations
- Demonstrated customer focus and experience releasing products and programs to market
- Exceptional attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Effectively communicate complex business concepts in both verbal and written form
- Proficient in Excel and SQL
- Fluent in Portuguese and English

Description
Ops Integration Team is looking for a Network & Ops Excellence Program Manager to lead several concurrently projects in support of our growth. You will own a portfolio of projects and will be accountable to their end-to-end development: from scoping, to execution, through successful implementation and adoption. You will work closely with leadership and supporting areas to find opportunities for continuous improvement and will be responsible for the adoption of the correct processes and tools to raise the bar on performance and quality for our customers. To be successful in this role, you must be able to work across disciplines, organizations, and geographies, translating complex technical and operational requirements for varied audiences. You must think big, move fast, and pivot frequently in a dynamic environment. Prior experience in supply chain, FC operation and transportation is a plus, but hands-on experience in operations is a must. This person will partner and work closely with Business Management, Warehouse Operations, Transportation, IT and Finance.

Key job responsibilities
- Manage complex continuous improvement projects from conception to implementation and be accountable for key metrics and overall results
- Communicate with stakeholders at different levels and dynamically lead business and product teams to define solutions to improve operational excellence
- Drive discussions and write business cases in support of new initiatives using data from multiple stakeholders
- Strong analytical orientation, comfort using databases and analytical tools to make data-based decisions
About the team
Ops Integration team is responsible for understanding business and operations requirements to develop and align programs with Tech, Consumer and other important business stakeholders, with main focus on Supply Chain programs, Transportation programs and Network and Operational Excellence programs and solutions.
- MBA in business administration, project management or related field is a plus
- Certifications in Six Sigma and Lean are a plus
- Experience and ability to work and influence customers and business leaders
- Strong project management and organizational skills, experience working on complex initiatives with cross-functional teams
- Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment in stressful situations
- Ability to Dive Deep and develop innovative ideas for challenging problems
