**Requisitos**:

- MSc in mechanical engineering or similar;
- Leadership skills with ability to drive for results, set priorities, build trust, business acumen, and learn on the fly;
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Interested in automotive products;
- Good truck product knowledge;
- Structured and analytical;
- Solution oriented;
- Product development experience for trucks;
- Product Data management system experience. Volvo internal PDM “Kola” knowledge is a plus;
- CAD tools for big assemblies;
**Atividades**:

- Deliver quality secured geometry towards the projects. To solve packaging / geometry issues between different commodities. This include tolerances, weight, main dimensions and bodybuilder suitability;
- Set up the cross functional packaging organization and Packaging Issue Log (PIL);
- Propose solutions for complete offer scenario / packaging;
- Analyze and propose common solutions that can support all brands in order to minimize part numbers and maximize common parts;
- Give input regarding geometrical matters to stakeholders (Global Manufacturing (GM), Aftermarket (AM) and commodities (ex. Cab, Chassis, Electrical, Powertrain), from a complete vehicle perspective;
- Build geometry verification plan (virtuais builds, physical builds B/C, DMU structure);
- Identify A-interface impacts and balance project geometrical requirements with platform requirements according to A-interface process, in collaboration with the area leader;
- Translate Customer feature targets to transport solution requirements according defined process;
- Estimate feature risks, needs for verification activities and test support (virtual testing, mock-ups, prototypes, parts, mules), resulting in additional Sub V&V Plan inputs;
- Within Global Feature Coordinator (GFC) network that can be part of a Community of Practice network (if existing), contribute to the development of common test methods, support the development of feature knowledge and anchor this knowledge in dedicated documentation tool;
- Continuously improve knowledge about the Customer feature by driving development actions (knowledge about customer needs, virtual & physical test methods, technical solutions). Close cooperation with universities in different types of projects can be an important part of this.
