As a Supply Chain Manager, you will negotiate with dedicated providers according to specific policies, achieving the best contractual conditions while also ensuring internal customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

- Defining and improving Sourcing strategies at business or plant level. May also include management of regional & business teams.
- Providing advice and guidance to functional management or business functions on approaches, projects and programs in the functional area or affecting business organization and ways of working.
- Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about approach and methods for solving complex problems
- Leading design and implementation of projects. Work goals typically span 1-2 years to complete and the impact is felt over the 12 month - 2 years time horizon

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have 10+ years of experience in commercial roles and activities.
- Be fluent in Portuguese and English - Spanish is a plus.
- Have experience in the oil and gas industry.
- Have solid experience in negotiations, strategic sourcing and customer relations.
- Have great knowledge about the oil and gas business in Brazil.
- Have ability to analyze and solve problems.
