**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We are looking for a Billing Analyst to join our Finance Team in Brazil Your challenge will be to undertake a variety of financial and non-financial tasks in order to help guarantee the company's revenues. You will handle the issuing of invoices and credit memos of our US clients.

**YOUR IMPACT**
- Issue and post bills, receipts, invoices and debit/credit memos.
- Support internal teams and clients with all billing related topics.
- Provide solutions to any relative problems of clients related to the billing process.
- Write thorough reports on billing activity with clear and reliable data.
- Manage Zendesk tickets within the SLA.
- Support the audit process.
- Reconcile contracts and invoices.
- Customer registration.

**WHO YOU ARE**
- You are a proactive person, who works well with pressure and have a collaborative mindset.
- You have an analytical mindset, with well-developed organizational, and communication skills.
- You like to solve problems and look for solutions, you are detail-oriented, and know how to set your priorities to get results.
- Advanced English Skills.
- Previous experience in billing processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Accounting or related (concluded or in progress).
- Experience with ERPs Systems is a plus.
