Developer's work with clients, product managers analysts, architects and engineers to plan, design, develop, test and implement information technology solutions consistent with the business objective. Developers may develop and review requirements, create design documents, write programs, package, test, configure and deploy software. Developers also participate and collaborate with other stakeholder including security, quality assurance, training, project management, engineering, hosting, & procurement when required to assist in other aspects of their projects. Developers at organization are expected to be results-oriented, have knowledge of new and legacy technologies, have knowledge of the relevant platforms and environments, and be familiar with business process, functions and data within their domain to provide innovative, insightful, and secure solutions.

This position requires in-depth knowledge and experience. Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services. Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions. Works independently, receives mínimal guidance. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:
**Here's what you can expect on a typical day**:

- **Agile**: You'll start each day with a scrum, working in a team to understand responsibilities, identify issues, and communicate coding priorities while choosing user stories to complete. You will also participate in other agile ceremonies, including scheduled sprint demos to stakeholders.
- **Development**:Working in two-week sprints, you must keep up with timelines and coding standards. Most of your daily schedule will be software development, but you will also test your code before submitting it to QA for final testing. You won't just focus on development in this role. You will also be responsible for testing and deployment.
- **Continuous Learning**:You will attend to ceremonies to actively collaborate with other developers to share ideas or show what you've learned. An eagerness to learn will help you keep up with ever-changing technologies and maintain the ability to create the best tools for our clients.
- **Experience**:You have strong experience using full-stack technologies such as Python, Node.js, ReactJS, etc, with some contact with MCP (Model Context Protocol) and/or expanding/tooling LLMs.

**WHAT YOU'LL NEED**:

- Working experience with Python and Node.js
- Working experience with MCP (Model Context Protocol) and/or expanding/tooling LLMs
- Experience with cloud providers, mostly AWS, and using Lambdas
- Advanced or Fluent English skills (capable to interact with other teams)
- Strong understanding of object oriented design and AI

**BONUS POINTS FOR THESE**:

- Experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB
- Experience with WebApplication development with ReactJS
- Programming skills in other languages such as Java
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline is desired

**REQUIREMENTS**

**Education**: Desired BA/BS degree - or equivalent in education and experience.

**Experience**: Desired a strong experience in equivalent or similar area.

**Fuctional Knowledge**: Requires conceptual and practical expertise in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines.

**Business Expertise**: Knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competitions and the factors that differentiate them in the market.

**Leadership**:Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience; may lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements.

**Problem Solving**: Be able to solve complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.

**Interpersonal Skills**:Communication - Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus.
