**Como será o dia a dia?**

Você participará de uma equipe multidisciplinar que criará sistemas Web e estará em contato direto com cliente em nível global.

Atuará apoiando a criação e priorização de backlog, trabalhando os requisitos junto ao cliente e ao time de UI/UX. Também irá se envolver na criação e controle de timeline e análise de riscos junto ao Gerente de Desenvolvimento. Será responsável por métricas de desempenho e análises de comportamento do time, bem como organização e direcionamento de bugs, assim como suas prioridades e backlog junto ao time de Devs e QAs. Facilitará os ritos do Scrum e demais práticas agile junto ao time.

Manter relacionamento direto com o cliente, apoiando o time e o Gerente de Desenvolvimento. Aqui rola muita colaboração, logo, a comunicação é forte

**Competências e experiência necessárias**:

- Experiência em metodologia ágil, principalmente Scrum e Kanban;
- Experiência em levantamento e definição de requisitos;
- Experiência em processo de desenvolvimento de software;
- Experiência com ferramentas de gerenciamento de desenvolvimento de software (ex. Jira);
- Graduação completa nas áreas de tecnologia ou gestão;
- Inglês avançado/fluente para leitura, escrita e conversação (projeto internacional).
