Job Description: We are looking for a Project Manager with proven experience in Marketing, Communication and Innovation Strategy and Planning, to work in projects along Brazil and LATAM. Someone communicative and easy to get along with people, someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic and collaborative environment. You will work closely with leadership to find opportunities for growth and improvement and will be responsible for the adoption of the correct processes and tools to ensure performance and high quality for our projects. You will manage the end-to-end development and execution of the team?s projects. For this role, you must be able to work across disciplines, organizations and regions. You must think big, move fast, and pivot frequently in a dynamic environment. Prior experience is required, but hands-on experience is fundamental. Key job responsibilities: - The Project Manager will be the focal point of all project activities under its responsibility. - Coordinate project team activities;
- Create, execute and maintain a complete project plan, roadmaps, and campaign timelines;
- Co-operates with all stakeholders to define vision, business value/business case, scope, project objectives, requirements and deliverables for projects;
- Analyze long-term planning data to identify opportunities in support of leadership, increased efficiency and growth and help to build a strategic plan;
- Ensure operational success and execution by establishing and managing project governance, RACIs, and communication plan;
- Perform problem solving, evaluating alternatives and identifying solutions;
- Document and maintain process flows between the team and the stakeholders to deliver strategically on-brief, compelling on-Brand creative;
- Report on project success results, metrics, test and deployment management activities;
- Ensure high quality solution designs and implementations;
- Brings strategic as well as cultural aspects into the way projects are managed and structured;
- Creating good practices and proposing improvement of project management methods and tools. Day to day activities: - Work across teams and regions;
- Manage project implementation, including all stakeholders;
- Work closely with other team members to ensure project adoption;
- Assistance in allocating tasks to professionals involved in the project;
- Document and/or guide project activities (eg: scope of work document);
- Keep the work schedule up to date with the help of the day-to-day team (status, reports);
- Track and report on project milestones and final results;
- Collaborate with creative professionals to ensure projects meet high quality;
- Guide, discuss and clarify doubts to concise design briefs and processes and present outputs;
- Hybrid Position (more remote, with the possibility of going to the office when necessary/called).
Requisitos Solid Project Management / Account Management experience in the creative industry or department or related environment; Experience in relationship with several levels inside agency or client; Cross-functional project management experience; Hands-on experience across the full project lifecycle; Good understanding and knowledge of design and branding, with strong attention to detail; Experience documenting projects and processes; Strong organizational skills and proficiency with project management tools; Good Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel e PowerPoint) and Suite Google (Docs, Sheets, Presentation); Fluent English; Excellent verbal and written communication (English and Portuguese); Good negotiation and persuasion skills; Analytical and synthetic ability; Commitment and proactiveness; Collaboration and teamwork.
Desejável Fluent Spanish; Knowledge of Meta platforms and its products portfolio; Knowledge of media and campaign performance drivers; Certifications in Project management is a plus; Ability to handle changing priorities; Ability to Dive Deep and develop innovative ideas for challenging problems check.
