Nowadays, we're on the hunt for a dynamic _Junior Legal Counsel_ **Position Overview**: **Responsibilities**: - Drafting and reviewing a variety of commercial, vendor, and licensing contracts - with the guidance and support of the Head of Legal. - Supporting IP-related matters like trademarks, copyrights, and brand protection. - Conducting legal research to keep us informed on changing laws and regulations. - Assisting in areas like corporate governance, dispute resolution, and employment law. - Using tools like Microsoft Office and Google Drive to keep your work organised and collaborative. **Requirements**: - A law degree and a strong grasp of corporate and commercial law. - Someone who can explain legal matters clearly and practically. - Detail-oriented, organised, and cool under pressure. - A natural collaborator who builds trust across teams. - Fluent in English - extra languages are a bonus - iGaming experience?
