We’re expanding our operations in one of the most significant markets for inDrive, and to help us with it we are looking for **RH Senior Area Specialist** who’ll be responsible for the business growth in Brazil.

**Responsibilities**:

- Growing business in Brazil with main KPIs of the ride-hailing business of inDrive: Rides, GMV, NetRev
- Monitoring and improving customer satisfaction metrics by addressing customer concerns and feedback
- Supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies to build and strengthen the brand in the local market
- Gather and analyze data using: Google Spreadsheets, tableau, swrve, and Data Studio
- Providing support in business and KPIs planning

**Qualifications**:

- Fluent in English and Portuguese
- 2-3+ years experience in business operations/expansion/launching in Ride-Hailing, Delivery, and E-commerce fields are highly preferred
- Advanced knowledge of analytical tools: Tableau, Google services, and other BI
- Marketing research experience
- Knowledge of digital marketing: planning, results evaluation, tools, and media planning
- Long-term strategic vision - ability to understand consequences of actions for a long-term perspective business outcome
- Operational Excellence
- Adaptability and flexibility
- Attention to detail and a data-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and multicultural environment
