**Job Description Summary**:
**Descrição das Atividades**:

- Preparar RFQ;
- Receber oferta de fornecedor e analisar a melhor opção para seguir com a negociação;
- Auxiliar os compradores nas negociações e emissão dos pedidos de compra;
- Participar das reuniões operacionais com os times de projeto,
- Auxílio no gerenciamento e controle de indicadores de compras;
- Atualizar as ferramentas da área;
- Elaboração de relatórios de gestão do processo de compras;
- Auxiliar no acompanhamento dos pedidos de compra em execução, fazendo follow-up dos processos;
- Auxiliar o time de procurement na atualização do ERP para refletir qualquer alteração no pedido de compra e garantir que o prazo de fornecimento esteja sempre atualizado;
- Auxiliar o time de procurement no monitoramento de cronograma dos fornecedores;
- Suportar o time de procurement nos processos de ajustes de recebimento de Nfs e faturamento;
- Suportar o time de procurement na gestão do cash-out & cash-in dos projetos e o valor de recebimento de mercadorias;
- Suportar o time de procurement na atualização de ferramentas de gestão operacional da área.

**Requisitos**:

- Cursando Engenharia (Mecânica, Elétrica ou Produção), Administração ou Comércio Exterior com formação a partir de Julho/2026;
- Inglês Avançado;
- Excel Intermediário;
- Conhecimento em SAP e VBA será um diferencial.
