**Sales Development Representative (Remote)**:
**Compensation**:$45,000 - $65,000 per year + **performance bonuses**

Are you a driven, goal-oriented professional with a passion for sales? We’re looking for a **Sales Development Representative**to join our dynamic team If you excel at building relationships, uncovering opportunities, and driving revenue growth, this role is for you.
**What You’ll Do**
- Conduct **market research**to identify new prospects and business opportunities.
- Develop and implement **strategic sales plans**to exceed targets.
- Engage with **new and existing customers**, fostering strong, long-term relationships.
- Make **warm calls, follow-ups, and outreach**to convert leads into sales.
- Deliver **exceptional customer service**, addressing questions and resolving concerns promptly.
- Use **CRM tools**(HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) to manage pipelines and track performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and achieve company goals.
**What We’re Looking For**
- **Proven experience**in business development, sales, or account management.
- Knowledge of **market trends**and competitive analysis.
- Excellent **communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills**.
- Hands-on experience with **inside sales, warm calling, and telemarketing**strategies.
- Proficiency with **CRM software**(HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- **Self-motivated**and results-driven, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
