**About the team**
- Our Quality Assurance (QA) team is composed of QA Engineers as well as Test Automation Engineers. QA Engineers are embedded into each of our Product squads and collaborate with PM and Software Developers to release new features and enhancements to our product. Test Automation engineers are responsible for tooling and our overall Test Automation framework.

**What you'll do**:

- Lead QA in creating test scenarios to executing test cases in an agile environment identifying/managing regression suites;
- Work in an agile environment with various scrum teams, using test management tools and JIRA;
- Lead QA team in validating thorough testing, ensuring that project goals are met;
- Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise QA team members, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work;
- Oversee all the aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics and developing best practices to ensure that quality goals are met;
- Set clear expectations for work outcomes and manage team performance;
- Hires and trains quality assurance staff.

**Who you are**:

- BS or MS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience;
- Solid experience in a testing Lead/Manager capacity;
- Experience with Agile teams and core understanding of QA role within Agile;
- Exposure to the Atlassian toolset: JIRA, Confluence, Bamboo CI CD, etc;
- Experience in leading teams; prioritizing work, communication, appraisals, conflict resolution, etc;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines;
- Ability to motivate people, instill accountability and achieve results;
- Clear communication in English.
