**Responsibilities**:

- Pre-sales - assist in qualifying sales leads from a technical standpoint.
- Sales calls - be the main technical resource on sales calls and answer/ educate the customer on issues ranging from features, specifications and functionality to integration.
- Post-sales - be the lead technical contact for technical issues and will work closely with the technical support team and engineering to answer, elevate and resolve customer's technical issues.

**Required Skills**:

- Basic knowledge in LAN/WAN/Internet services administration
- Understanding of DNS, SMTP, HTTP, TCP/IP
- Basic knowledge of the following technologies: Routing, Switching, VPN, LAN, WAN, Network Security, Intrusion Detection, and Anti-Virus
- Presentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A self-motivated, independent thinker that can move deals through the selling cycle
- Optimistic and resilient in adverse situations
- Takes ownership and solves problems using simple and agile solutions

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Security or related courses preferred.

In the last period or recently graduated, with an interest in technical development and qualification in the sales process, with the objective of achieving a quota defined quarter by quarter receiving a commission for sales executed in agreement with Fortinet's compensation plan and creating relationships with the most important customers in Brazil to represent Fortinet in these customers.
