Application Production Support Specialist Main responsibilities: Application support, availability and stability for GM business ensuring the incident, problem and change management procedures and governance. Registration, documentation and quality assurance. Proper monitoring, escalation and communication for technical, operational and business audiences. Regional and global alignment. Promote the improvement of user experience by identifying recurrent and critical issues, potential solutions and engage development teams to prioritize corrections. Ensure the controls execution timely, its reporting and proper presentation for auditors and risk management teams. Manage regular meetings with Business, Operations, IT development teams, Architects and Infrastructure teams. Position Requirements: Minimum functional knowledge on trading systems/products and acquainted integration processes across Global Market business desired. ITIL and Cobit experience. Basic knowledge about development languages basics to be able to communicate and align with developers; hands on regarding on technical matters (SQL DB, Windows and Linux servers). Communication, collaborative teamwork, problem solving. Excel, Power point and Power BI knowledge to be able to create presentations, dashboards and to monitor KPIs. Advanced English.
