**About the Team**:

- Do you have a passion for user experience design, research, analysis, coupled with the desire for product management and curation of innovative feature strategy? Our team is one that forms the core of our Product Management - this is where the magic begins, as we lead cross-functional teams in the curation of products and features that defines the User Experience of Shopee.- Join us as we deep dive into the latest trends on the market, and derive meaningful insights that shape the future of our ever-evolving products- Build and maintain product roadmap for one or more order products, effectively prioritize business and product opportunities from a wide range of inputs, and ensure alignment with all stakeholders
- Advocate for quality engineering solutions and architectural designs, and strike a healthy balance between system scalability and localization
- Spearhead cross-functional projects with efficient scope, timeline and stakeholder management, focusing on quick iterations
- Maintain and improve existing features, experiment and launch new features
- Drive performance excellency of your product through rigorous data analysis, from measuring impact and testing hypothesis to conceptualizing and executing features based on the data insights

**Requirements**:

- BS degree in Computer Science or related technical field
- Experience in product management, preferably with prior experience in e-commerce, supply chain or financial industry, with hands-on experience in system architecture, design, deployment, monitoring, performance and scalability
- Proven track record of product development from conception to delivery
- Thrives in high speed execution environments, able to prioritize and make tradeoffs by understanding short term and long term business goals
- Care deeply about user experience and passionate about problem solving
- Technical leadership experience: can delve into technical architectural decisions and explain tradeoffs; strong in platform thinking and can drive microservice-oriented system
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in English and Portuguese or Spanish in order to collaborate with counterparts across various regions.
