Join the core team building a modern ERP SaaS platform for the construction industry — focusing on time tracking, payroll, project management, and real-time analytics.

**Tech Stack**
- Frontend: React, Next.js, Tailwind, SCSS, Zustand, shadcn/ui, Framer Motion
- Backend: Node.js, NestJS, TypeORM, PostgreSQL (SQL, multi-tenant schema design)

**What You'll Do**
- Build a scalable SaaS ERP system from scratch using a modern stack
- Define architecture, patterns, and development standards
- Collaborate closely with product leadership and influence future hires
- Participate in daily standups (8:00 AM EST / 15:00 Kyiv time) and sprint-based workflow

**Must-Have Requirements**:

- TypeScript (ES6+)
- React / Next.js
- State management (RTK/Redux or Zustand)
- REST API standard
- Tailwind CSS
- Git (branches, pull requests, code review)
- Responsive mobile-first UI

**Nice to Have**:

- GraphQL
- e2e testing (Playwright or similar)
- shadcn/ui design system
- Performance optimization experience
