Maintenance Analyst

Your tasks
- Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Create preventive and predictive plan for machines. Improvement of the plans when necessary.
- Define needs of spare parts.
- Manage inventory of parts and materials.
- Coordinate activities with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams.
- Develop and implement maintenance and repair plans.
- Analyze maintenance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Troubleshoot failures, identifying root causes and implementing solutions. Developing the reliability of the equipment’s.
- Prepare performance and maintenance reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Optimize costs and reduce downtime.
- Train and coach maintenance technicians.
- Creation of the maintenance instructions and standards.
- Maintain updated records.
- Performing Failure Analysis.

**Profile**:
University degree, preferably engineering, mechatronic engineering, electrical engineering or related discipline.
