We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our Product Support and Logistics Division as a Supply Chain Planning Engineer in Piracicaba, Brazil.

**Basic Qualifications**:
**Education**:Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or business.

**Experience**:8+ years of progressive professional experience in a Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Operations environment is required.;
2+ years previous experience in one of the following functional areas: Supply Chain, Manufacturing / Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Inventory Management, 6 Sigma/Cat Production System;
Experience with Warehouse Operations and Warehouse Management Systems

**Language Skills**:Pre-Advanced English

**Behaviors**:Strong problem solving, analytical, priority setting, and communication skills

**Desirable Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in Logistics Planning & Engineering or as a Supply Chain Planning Analyst or Supply Chain Engineer or with Automation implementations and support
- Understanding of Industrial Engineering Principles
- Warehouse management experience
- Knowledge of inbound packaging operations
- 1-2 years of experience with AutoCAD

**Aftermarket Parts Distribution**
Our goal is to get the right part to the right place at the right time. The Aftermarket Parts Distribution team supports our dealers through the Parts Distribution network to get parts to our customers as quickly, efficiently, and safely as possible. We cover a wide variety of areas from demand planning and inventory management to dealer order support and receiving, storage and shipping operations.

As a Supply Chain Planning Engineer, you are responsible for facility performance targets for inventory storage utilization and improved efficiency as well as managing capital improvement projects where realized benefits are evident.

**Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to**:

- Working independently as well as working effectively with diverse, multi-functional teams
- Gathering and analyzing data on facility demand and demand variability
- Gathering and analyzing data about packaging, inbound and outbound functions throughout the facility
- Managing the facility rearrangement plan and rearrangement team to complete planned rearrangement activities, including capacity and productivity goals for both Inbound Processing Center and Distribution Center
- Completing capital purchasing functions for the facility, including procurement, installation and place-into-service
- Maintain facility product slotting rules to align with inventory profile changes over time
- Look for continuous improvement opportunities throughout the entire facility and make expert recommendations for process changes to improve results
- Lead and/or participate on cross-functional teams targeting facility improvements
- Collaborate with engineers globally to benchmark best practices and implement improvements

Working with WMS to optimize setup for local business conditions
