Fox Human Capital is advising one of the largest global Private Equity funds in the search for a Finance Associate to expand the team in Rio de Janeiro.

**Responsibilities**:
: Review quarterly reporting to investors and other users, including financial statements prepared under US GAAP and fund and investment performance tracking
: Review of investor Capital Account and available commitment schedules on a quarterly basis
: Actively participate in the team’s interaction with various service providers to ensure information being provided is accurate and provided in a timely basis
: Preparing internal and external audit requests
: Work with auditors to complete annual audit in accordance with GAAP
: Preparing and reviewing capital calls from, and distributions to investors
: Assist with the preparation and review of fund management fees, partner allocations, waterfall and carried interest calculations.
: Assist with managing fund operations, including liquidity management, investor queries, forecasting and compliance
: Special projects & ad hoc requests as required

Main Skills:
: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. CPA and/or master’s degree are strong pluses;
: 2+ years of work experience, preferably in PE/VC finance and operations;
: Fluency in spoken and written English;
: Knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP, Offshore funds and Brazilian FIPs;
: Understanding of financial statements and tax structures as they would pertain to private equity funds and FIPs;
: Ability to work in a dynamic, complex, fast-paced environment, to adapt quickly and to manage changing priorities;
: Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines;
