The Shopee Product and Dev Team's mission are to ignite opportunities for millions of people every day creating the right products to connect our clients with what they want, being sellers or buyers. The Product and Dev Team works closely with Asian HQ and other cross-functional partners to surface needs, prioritize, test, rollout, and iterate on products. We’re focused on making incredible solutions for our customers, and that's why we are looking to hire a passionate and entrepreneurial product manager or developer who seeks to change the face of e-commerce as we know it. - Drive product development (from discovery to launch) of the products bringing business solutions to our buyers;
- Launch features across the Shopee app and out-of-app communication channels;
- Develop a deep understanding of customers (buyers) by conducting research, data analysis, customer interviews, and usability tests;
- Develop hypotheses with qualitative and quantitative insights;
- Translate user needs into solutions and product requirements;
- Define, prioritize, and communicate short and long term product goals;
- Partner with regional product managers, designers, engineers, marketing, customer operations, and analytics teams;
- Communicating and collaborating with leaders and teams from multiple disciplines and across multiple product lines;
- Actively collaborate with both regional and local teams to continuously review and improve the current product usability, functionality, and performance including feature testing and troubleshooting.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Portuguese and English to work with local and overseas teams. English will be the main working language;
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, technology, or any related fields;
- Proven experience working with Product Management;
- Customer-oriented: Take a customer-first lens to your work, keeping the needs of various segments of customers in mind;
- Structured thinking/decision-making skills: Take on complex product challenges and simplify them;
- Data-informed and data-savvy: Find ways to get the data you need and whip it into an insightful story with no help. Know how to use this data to make decisions;
- Ability to coordinate with counterparts in the Asian and Latam markets;
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment that requires autonomy and skills to deal with ambiguity;
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with clear logical thinking.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in consulting, startups, or related experience with a proven record of driving business impact;
- Experience in discovery, designing, launching, and prioritizing marketing/growth product solutions. Show the ability to set the vision for the product, understanding how it connects to company objectives;
- Experience working with digital products;
- Knowledge of Brazilian e-commerce.
