- Experience
- 7-8 years of experience as development experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 4-5+ years of experience with UiPath-based Automation
- Experience with SAP based automations is a plus.
- UiPath Platform experience - Studio, Orchestrator, Document Understanding, Automation Hub, Insights, Task Capture, (Knowledge of AgenticAI will be a plus)
- Python or.NET experience
- Experience with Solution Designing, Development, and Customer Demonstration
- Ability to lead a team of 2 to 5 developers
