**Location**: Vila Olímpia, São Paulo, SP ou Balneário Piçarras, SC
**Reports to**:Senior Manager, Supply Planning Latam
**Office requirements**: Hybrid office schedule - Office 3 days/week & Remote 2 days/week
As the Supply Planning Manager you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our supply chain. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the supply planning for short, medium, and long-term plans. This involves a strategic approach to inventory management, revising safety stock levels and make necessary adjustments based on changes in demand patterns.
The role requires excellent communication skills to interact effectively with various levels and departments within the organization. As the focal point of communication between manufacturing and foreign trade, you will ensure seamless information flow to support business operations. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying and informing constraints and risks based on the demand plan, ensuring proactive management of potential issues.
**Responsibilities**
- Elaborate the supply plan based on the demand plan published monthly. Aligning this plan to the current inventory strategy, revising safety stocks level, year-end projections and replenishment tactics.
- Identify potential supply chain disruptions and proactively develop contingency plans to mitigate risks. Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to communicate associated risks and devise actionable solutions.
- Share the projected inventory levels with finance and assuring year-end goals will be met without impacting on the sales plan.
- Communicate with the manufacturing facilities to discuss and revise production plan attainment and risks to the demand/sales plan.
- Ensure the team's collective efforts are aligned with achieving exceptional supply chain performance and delivering a customer service level of 95%.
- Manage constrained items within the allocate to forecast process and escalate issues and changes to recovery in our S&OE meetings.
- Act as a liaison between demand planning, supply teams and manufacturing to ensure accurate information exchange and timely decision-making are made.
- Responsible for deployment processes and having the right product in the right place at the right time.
- Directly manage a team, providing coaching, fostering career development, and overseeing performance management. Cultivate a team of supply chain experts, aligning their growth with the strategic objectives of the organization.
- Analyze supply chain metrics to drive data-driven decision-making and operational enhancements. Provide actionable recommendations to enhance supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Build the deck and facilitate the monthly S&OP meetings, ensuring all key stakeholders are engaged and informed. Document key decisions and action items of the meetings, and follow up on their implementation.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business or related analytical discipline; MBA or equivalent in Supply Chain or related fields preferred;
- Solid supply chain planning experience for durable or professional products company with a focus on global operations;
- Experience in people management roles;
- Advanced to Fluent level of English & Portuguese;
- Microsoft tool advanced user; Power BI, Datasul/TOTVS experience preferred;
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction at all organizational levels;

- Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on detail and task prioritization;
