Embark on a rewarding offshore career with OSM Thome as a Ballast Control Operator/Control Room Operator on an FPSO/FSO unit in Vitoria, Brazil. This is a key role where you will ensure the safe and efficient operation of the vessel.
- Monitor and control vessel stability and loading operations.
- Operate automated control systems for ballast and cargo operations.
- Communicate with other departments to maintain safety standards and operational efficiency.
- Relevant certification and experience in Ballast Control or Control Room operations on FPSO/FSO units.
- Strong understanding of vessel systems and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced English Language is mandatory.
- STCW II/1 (2ON).
- Ballast Control Operator Certification.
- Barge Supervisor Certification.
- Mandatory Offshore Certificates.
