Billing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Billing Manager to join our dynamic Operations team.

**Requirements**:

- HubSpot experience required
- 5-7 years of relevant work experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Exceptional critical thinking skills with an “I can figure this out” attitude.
- Proficient in using billing software and financial management systems. (e.g. Stripe, Recurly)
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Invoicing and Collections
- Ensure timely and accurate generation of invoices for customers.
- Monitor and manage the collections process, working closely with the accounts receivable team to minimize overdue payments.
- Customer Communication
- Collaborate with the sales and customer success teams to address customer billing concerns promptly and effectively.
- Answer customer support-related billing items.
- Process Improvement:

- Identify areas for process improvement within the billing cycle and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate billing processes with other business functions seamlessly.
