**Role Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to evaluate the effectiveness of UI/UX designs.
- Create and maintain documentation of testing processes, results, and design modifications.
- Analyze test results, identify usability issues and areas for improvement, and make actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with designers and developers to implement changes based on testing outcomes.
- Work with the design team to develop testing protocols and user scenarios.
- Develop and establish UI/UX standards and guidelines for the organization.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.
- Participate in design reviews and provide input from a usability perspective.
- Ensure that all products meet high standards of usability and accessibility.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, UI/UX Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in UI/UX testing or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of usability testing methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Deep understanding of UI/UX design principles and user-centered design methodologies.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of effectively articulating UI/UX concepts and standards to a diverse audience
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Certification in UX design or usability testing is a plus.
