**Description**:
FMC Group is a German owned full service consulting company, supporting international customers in markets abroad. We offer employee leasing and nearshoring in 40+ countries.

To enlarge our experienced and dynamic team, we are looking for a recruiter in Romania who focuses on various profiles, including blue-collar ones.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Full-cycle recruiting, including screening, sourcing, and interviewing
- Creating job ads and publishing it on relevant platforms
- Creating custom reports

**General Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree would be a plus
- Minimum 5 years of blue collar recruitment experience
- Good knowledge of the labor market and the local culture in Romania
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English
- Sourcing experience using social media and databases
- Quite familiar with competency models and behavioral-based interviews
- Strong communication skills with ability to negotiate at all levels
- Self-motivated, pro-active and committed personality with an entrepreneurial & hands-on attitude
- Ability to work independently and on multiple tasks within a demanding environment
- Excellent analytical and follow-up skills, strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- The ability to work well as part of a team
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain flexible
