Master Data Administration (MDA) Executive We are seeking an exceptional Master Data Administration Executive to join our Shared Services team in Colombo, being part of the Michelin Data Office organization to work with global Stakeholders in Asia, North America, and Europe.
- To play a critical role in maintaining master data for our products, customers and Vendors in Master Data referential for better planning, analysis and accurate execution of transactions in our ERP system.
- Also, Data quality control is continuously improved by detecting non-qualities and correcting (accuracy, exhaustiveness, obsolescence and consistency of data).

1. Deliver Master Administration within the set SLA and ensure Data Quality
- Information systems are updated and compliant with Group and/or Local requirements.
- The master data governance rules are applied in local context.
- Non-qualities are detected and corrected (accuracy, exhaustiveness, obsolescence and consistency of data).
- Data quality control is continuously improved.
- Root causes of non quality of Data are identified, analyzed and an action plan is in place for resolution.
- Best practices are formalized and shared through the Data Administration Network.
- Understand Business and Master Data processes across different value streams.
- Develop new soft, technical, and business skills to reinforce the ability to propose various Process improvements
- Share his/her expertise to enhance the skills of other members.
- Develop interpersonal and Communication Skills (Data Story telling)
- Support on-boarding activities, as well as coaching team members on system and process changes

2. Operational Excellence
- Analyses errors, builds and implements actions plans for reducing or avoiding them in the future
- Prepare KPIs/SLA review for the monthly performance management rituals
- Ensures an effective and proactive collaboration with his/her internal partners and any other functions involved in the process
- Actively participates to cross-functional meetings/calls
- Investigate and resolve customer queries in a timely manner.
- Maintenance of work instructions of the operation.
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science / Management Information System, or any related discipline or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the field of data management.
- Experience in working with Key Performance Indicators and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a cross functional environment and communicate with people at various levels.
- Knowledge of SAP and experience in Structured Query Language (SQL).
