Promote inspections in the workplace, identifying risk conditions, taking all necessary measures to eliminate them, as well as training and making employees aware of occupational safety attitudes;
Determine and inspect personal protective equipment (PPE), as well as fire protection equipment, when conditions so require, aiming at reducing risks to the safety and physical integrity of the worker;
Collaborate in building modification projects, new installations or adaptations of the company's machines, aiming at creating safer conditions at work;
Research and analyze the causes of occupational diseases and the environmental conditions in which they occurred, taking the measures required by law, in order to prevent their recurrence, as well as to correct the unhealthy conditions that cause these diseases;
Promote campaigns, lectures and other forms of training with the objective of publicizing the rules of safety and hygiene at work, as well as to inform and raise awareness of unhealthy and dangerous activities, making the dissemination, monitoring and evaluation of the activities of training;
Collaborate with CIPA in its programs, studying their observations and proposals, aiming to adopt corrective and preventive solutions for occupational accidents, as well as coordinating SIPAT activities, organizing the necessary activities and resources. Collaborate in the preparation and maintenance of PGR, GRO, PCMSO and PPCI.
