Business Apprentice

Apprentices as part of Mars Apprenticeship Program to developing high-professional technical experts in critical skill areas.

Provides various support activities. Identifies, enhances and follows specific processes and procedures to maximize the efficiencies of the business to which the support is being provided. Ensures the correct functioning of facilities, office and/or business support services.

Apprentices
To learn a profession after having finished school, apprentices alternate between full-time classroom education (mostly outside Mars) and discipline-related employment within company.
