Financial Analyst

The Financial Analyst will generate a more holistic IT costing modelling for goods and services within the ITS portfolio for IT leaders and business members for which to more clearly align. Generate transparency to IT service costs, assets and software compliance while identifying opportunities to save and align solutions, increase the return on assets (ROA) on IT services, provide a vehicle to educate the business on the cost of IT, and ultimately align ITS planning with business initiatives by providing levers which allow business decisions to have clear line of site to IT service drivers.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Monthly reporting of actual vs forecast/budget and providing reasons for variances to respective Leader/s on a periodical basis
- Preparation and Planning for Budget/Forecast on periodical basis
- Collaborating with IT procurement to achieve financial benefits
- Provide the organization with an accurate and complete view of spending for all IT Cost categories/Sub-categories and supporting decision making through financial modelling
- Provide an end to end support (Procure to pay) to Business units. Should know entire procure to pay process and should be instrumental in getting PO’s created
- Address various questions from stake holders on the stages of requisition
- Should be well versed with Accounting concepts and be able to provide accruals on Monthly basis.
- Projects and Portfolio spending and reporting
- Drive business alignment, cost transparency, cost optimization, and increased agility. Provide expert advice to those leaders and ITS team members in IT financial modelling activities

**Key Interfaces**

Business Partner, Project Manager, Regional Delivery Leader, Enterprise Architect, Functional Analyst & Business Client External Interfaces: Business Client, Consultant or 3rd Party provider

**Qualification and Experiences**
- 5+ years of work experience in relevant role/Position
- MBA (Finance)/ CA (inter)/ Graduation
- Experience working in Global Organization
- Experience working in Procurement
- Experience working with teams of business analysts, business transformation consultants, information architects, and solution architects
- Strong data analytics and Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, influencing, and reasoning skills
- Deep understanding of P&L and Financial concepts
- (Standard) Ability to work in a virtual team which may work across distance (remote), cultures and time zones, in a matrix with multiple reporting lines, and may extend outside the K-C organization including suppliers, partners and customers.
- (Standard) Verbal and written fluency in English is mandatory
