**Global Transformer HVDC Global After Sales Manager**

**The opportunity**

Are you ready to lead and drive the Global Transformer HVDC After Sales community at Hitachi Energy? We are looking for a dynamic and strategic leader to spearhead our growth strategy, tender and order development, and After Sales portfolio to meet market demand. In this role, you will ensure portfolio risk mitigation of Engineer to Order (EtO) solutions by offering validated and approved solutions, including an efficient process. You will also develop innovative strategic ideas related to sales tools and customers in close collaboration with GPMM, GPM, and hub/regional or local marketing and sales functions.

**How you’ll make an impact**
- Be a key member of the Management Team in the PGTR Global HVDC unit, functionally reporting to the BU Service TRES M&S manager and a member of the HE Service Community.
- Develop and drive sales and marketing strategies, including Strategic Sales and Strategic Marketing per HVDC Installed base, as well as a strategic growth plan within the PGTR HVDC Global unit.
- Propose new or improved HVDC Service portfolio items based on market demand, new technology and HVDC transformer Life Cycle.
- Lead the early stages of HVDC opportunity pursuits and be part of the Capture team, working closely with PGGI HVDC Service.
- Define the governance process with the Global PGTR HVDC unit, providing global support to HVDC Sales and Marketing activities in HVDC Factories and BU Service.
- Collaborate closely with PGGI HVDC Service and/or end-customers for the HVDC business.

**Your Background**
- Proven experience in leading global after-sales or service functions within the HVDC or transformer industry.
- Knowledge on HVDC Transformers
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to develop and implement growth strategies.
- Excellent skills in tender and order development, with a focus on meeting market demands.
- Experience in portfolio risk mitigation and offering validated and approved solutions.
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with global teams and customers.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
