We are looking for a **highly skilled and reliable WordPress Developer & Administrator** to manage and enhance our WordPress websites. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results, a reasonable rate, and a strong ability to communicate effectively in English.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Website Management**: Maintain and update WordPress websites, ensuring they are running smoothly, securely, and efficiently.
- **Development**: Customize themes and plugins to meet specific requirements, ensuring mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility.
- **Content Updates**: Implement and update content as needed, including text, images, and multimedia elements.
- **Performance Optimization**: Optimize site speed, security, and overall performance using best practices and tools.
- **Troubleshooting**: Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly.
- **Backups and Security**: Set up and monitor backups, security protocols, and updates to keep the websites safe and functional.
- **SEO Support**: Collaborate with our team to implement basic SEO practices.
- **Communication**: Provide regular updates and proactively suggest improvements.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- **Experience**: Proven experience as a WordPress developer and administrator with a portfolio of past projects.
- **Technical Skills**: Strong knowledge of WordPress core, themes, plugins, and custom development (PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- **Plugins & Tools**: Familiarity with popular plugins like Elementor, WooCommerce, Yoast SEO, and security plugins.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve website issues independently.
- **Communication**: Excellent communication skills in **native or fluent English** to collaborate effectively with our team.
- **Time Management**: Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.
- **Availability**: Flexible availability to handle updates and urgent fixes during agreed-upon hours.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Familiarity with website performance tools (e.g., Google PageSpeed Insights, GTmetrix).
- Experience with hosting environments and control panels (e.g., cPanel, Plesk, or managed WordPress hosting platforms).
- Knowledge of basic SEO principles and best practices.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
