**Job Description Summary**: Perform the daily operations of plants to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line. Includes Service Shops. Impacts approaches, projects and programs in the functional area or affected business organization and ways of working. Impacts quality, efficiency and effectiveness of own team. Has significant input into priorities. Guided by professional practices and policies that are shaped by the role. The role has moderate autonomy, requiring high levels of operational judgment.

**Essential Responsibilities**
- Manage the CF6 Overhaul Organization.
- Ensure continuous business improvement according to benchmarks and standards.
- Team management of salaried employees.
- Develops operational plan for the own department.
- Works together with business leadership at SPB and EB level.
- Works on cross functional teams.

**Qualifications/Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Aviation Engineering and/or Operation Management.
- Experience in Production Supervision and people management.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt Certification.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese.
