We are looking for a talented and analytical professional to join our team in Brazil (Rio de Janeiro) as a **Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager**, playing a key role in shaping our financial strategy and performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and evaluate actual vs. budget financial performance
- Develop financial models and budgets by client and for the company as a whole
- Conduct financial feasibility analyses and forecast results
- Prepare and maintain management reports and financial dashboards
- Define, monitor, and manage key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Perform cost analysis by business segment
- Analyze financial statements and provide strategic insights
- Lead the implementation and management of Business Intelligence (BI) tools across OSM Thome BrazilCoordinate new projects and financial tools in partnership with external vendors and the IT team

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Engineering
- Postgraduate education is a strong plus
- Experience in financial planning and budgeting
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI (must-have)
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Experience with financial modeling and business analysisAdvanced level of English is required
