**MAIN PURPOSE**
- Assist in BEM, JLC and VAC BRA activities for sales administration.
- Provide to customer service support to all categories of BEM, JLC and VAC BRA businesses. Assist in ensure operational efficiency and help to provide customer service.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**#1: BRA Sales Admin Support**

Support to Sales Admin work in all dedicated tasks— including but not limited to sales order entry and maintenance, reporting, communication with clients and internal/external departments, reverse flow processes and troubleshoot topics.

**#2 Communication**

Communicate with buying teams on all PO updates, Delivery window acceleration, ASN creations and outputs.

**#3: Project Management**

To support operational projects, customer service requests and overall operation coordination.

**#5: Reporting**

Weekly, assist for Customer Shipping Reports, Sales Executives Reports and Brand Business Projection Reports if needed.

Other brand-specific reports on request.

**#6: SAP**

Help to test and implement system enhancements, projects to improve operational and logístical efficiency. Support Regional and L3 IT specifics for PAN Brazil

**#7: Supply Chain**

Support in Liaise with International Planning team regarding stock allocations, special orders and seasonal order preparation and demand needs.

**#8: Special Tasks**

Assist in special projects as needed and perform other duties as required.

**JOB PROFILE**

**Educatio**:
Studing at the University in a related field required.

**Technical skills / abilities**:

- Interpersonal and communication skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
