**Your role**
- Are you an organized and process-driven person?

We’re looking for a Wealth Management Operations Intern to support in the Funds and Client Portfolios reconciliations, trading life cycle of all kind of assets, by laws management and report production to clients and front office.

The Wealth Management Operations Intern will learn and help us with front to back controls, reconciliations, and daily feed to front office. This includes:

- funds and portfolios trades, position, NAV, management, and rebates fees validation
- following up Front Office trades
- straight contact with the Funds administrator and custody; systems static data controls and Corporate Actions monitoring
- assist the input process client’s transaction in our systems
- collaborate with the analysts to reconciliate and produce client reports
- by Laws management and produce and delivery daily and monthly client's portfolios and Funds reports

**Your team**
- You’ll be working in our Wealth Management Funds and Clients Processing team in Sao Paulo. We’re responsible for timely, accurate processing of transactions and events, including booking and handling of queries. As an intern, you’ll play an important role in making sure our processes are compliant and positive for our clients.

**Your expertise**
- student of Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or another relevant field with graduation date until Dec/26
- availability to work on-site in Sao Paulo (hybrid work)
- organized and able to work with high curiosity and proactivity
- ideally advanced English (writing and speaking)
- advanced skills on MS Excel. MS PowerPoint skills will be considered as a plus
- programming language (including low-code programming skills) will be considered as a plus
