**Requisitos**:

- Education in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical /Mechatronics / Production /Industrial);
- Experience from product development of Trucks and/or Buses;
- PMP® certification is a plus;
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
- Strong drive and energy level with ability to create a high performing cross-functional working team;
- Assertive communication and with good influencing skills;
- Understand the need of stakeholder management at different levels;
- Result oriented and always looking for improvements in our way of working.

**Atividades**:

- The Vehicle Integration Project Manager is responsible to secure that we have a good cross-functional delivery for the projects (JIRA Epics) related to Product Development (Product Changes and Product Modifications), from the pre-study phase until the Start-of-Production.
- In this position, you will lead Product Modifications and/or Epics that are part of a bigger program;
- You will be leading the pre-studies and deliveries in the early phases like; Concept preparation, alignment among product owners & all solution providers, acceptance criteria (incl. V&V activities) definition and agreement with key stakeholders, cross-functional development maturity progress alignment (to reach stable releases), securement of Business Cases to get ready for decisions and confirmation of Start of Production (with high confidence);
- In the late phases you will lead the final development of the Epics/solutions and work in close cooperation with Chief Project Managers to secure the industrialization.
