Global Metrics and Tools Analyst

The individual will be an experienced Global Metrics and Tools Analyst, having the ability to work across multiple cross functional areas and deliver results. Responsibilities for this role include:

- Designs, Develops and implements analytical reports
- Develops and supports annual planning, monthly forecasting and weekly reports and reporting process
- Assists in the preparation and analysis of financial and operational reporting for Management team for various purposes
- Bachelor of Science or any Degree from an ABET accredited university
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience developing process flow, metrics and operational tools that improve performance and efficiencies.
- At least 2 years experience in Operations Metrics or Business Analysis
- 3 years of experience creating and maintaining standard and ad hoc reports/analytics using Excel, Microsoft Power BI, Google Analytics or Qlikview
- Experience in leading automation efforts for metrics gathering and reporting
- Possess strong initiative, problem solving skills, and ability to work in a diverse team environment
- Highly self-motivated and outcome oriented

Preferred Qualifications:

- Knowledge and understanding of an Automotive OEM
- Experience working with global teams of employees, external partners, and offshore teams
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
