**The team you'll be part of**
The Customer Experience organization provides a common interface to customers including account and relationship management, acting as the voice of the customer internally and creating demand across our business groups. While bringing deep understanding of local markets for our customer, the CX organization ensures strong alignment between sales and delivery teams.
**What you will learn and contribute to**
As part of our team, you will:
- Lead Sales BG (Business Group): NI (Network Infrastructure) for IP/Router and Optical.
- Responsible for new sales growth of Nokia IP/Router, optical solutions and associated services to Claro Brazil.
- Build and retain position as thought-leader and trusted advisor in account.
- Present proactive solutions and recommendations to customer, management, and/or partners that can benefit customer's needs.
- Provide clear business insight and market knowledge to drive solutions to meet customer’s business objectives.
- Work in team in NI (IP/Router and Optical BG and cross all BGs (Business Groups) Nokia.
- Responsible for E2E follow up (Forecast, PO, Implementation, Delivery, Acceptance and Cash collection).
**Your skills and experience**
You must have:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 10 years’ experience in sales, business development, and/or sales engineer within the telecom industry for CSP’s.
- Proven success in quota attainment and strategic account planning.
- Experience working with or selling network infrastructure to top tier service provider and suggest/implement growth strategies.
- Experience in consultative selling of IP/router and Optical solutions with the ability to anticipate and identify business needs, develop recommendations and solutions.
- Proficient business acumen in planning and organizing, information integration, decision-making and ability to achieve results while focusing on customer requirements and business success.
- Fluent English Speaker.
It would be nice if you also had:
- Master’s degree in business or technology (Preference Engineer).
- Knowledge of Nokia IP networking and Optical solutions.
- Experience to work with Global Accounts, aligning strategies, prices and go to market.
- Fluent Spanish Speaker.
