**About the team**:
Work closely with our Customer Innovation team, focused to support our customers on new Business Model using Intelligent Technologies to support their innovation.

Using Design Thinking Methods and Tools to design the new business model and prototyping on the new SAP Technologies is the main activities.

**What you’ll do**:
Position Title: SAP iXp Intern - Customer Innovation Office Development

Location: São Paulo, SP, Brazil

**In this role, you’ll**:
The working student will assist with various operational tasks such as but not limited to:

- Develop MVP using SAP Intelligent Technologies
- Create and develop methods and tools to improve our daily job
- Support the development team on Customer Engagements
- Support Customer Storytelling presentation
- Validate with Customer Innovation Principals if the design solution fits with prototyping
- Participate with customer meetings to better understand the developments needed
- Work closely with Virtual Account Team and customer to define the scope, timeline and development strategy
- Participate with Partners meeting to handover the solution proposed to speed up the Customer Implementation
- Create technical and functional documentation
- Provides knowledge and support the team with new development approach and methodologies

**Who you are**:
We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
- Studying Computer Science, Computer Engineer, Information Technology, or related areas
- Good communication skills in English and Spanish
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Analytical, structured, process-oriented, with a logical mindset
- High commitment to deadlines and quality
- Ability to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel
- Previous knowledge on Intelligence Artificial, Machine Learning, Robotic Process Automation and Analytical Report
- Previous knowledge on JavaScript, Node or React
- Previous knowledge on SQL
