Meaningful Work from Day One:
This position provides support directly to the accounting and indirectly to all other areas of the company, especially for Controllership and Finance Group.

What It’s Like to Work Here:
- Performs daily invoices review to be recorded on SAP (accrual basis, PO number, classification, accrual validation)- Ensures that all documents processed by the position are in compliance with policies and procedures- Prepares the monthly base for the Fiscal and Accounting transmission to the Government report (ECD and IBGE - Balance Sheet and DRE)- Supports and prepares monthly and quarterly reconciliations (Journal Entries and Recons)- Responsible for documents sent to final archive- Prepares sales reports by third party sales representative to support the commissions accruals and is also in charge of the corresponding reconciliations- Calculates commissions payable to sales representatives based on accruals and settlements- Support fixed assets reports: acquisition, retirement, depreciation and annual physical inventories- Requisitions / Purchase order opening in the “COUPA” payment system (Fleet, T&E Fees, Office Expenses)- Monthly Closing- Prepare the journal entries of the accounting, doing the upload in the SAP-
- Review the journal entries, sent by the other depts., doing the upload in the SAP-
- Assistance in reconciling expenses (TMA/discounts, on Trade, A&P) not realized for the preparation of certification letters and reap signature of those responsible- Prepare, monthly, the SOX report- Offsetting of open items of balance sheet accounts, in the SAP system according to G/L account reconciliations- Collection of documentation for audits, inspections, and special projects- Accounting for payments in advances to suppliers and clearing of customer settlements according to credit and collection activities.- A&P Spend Management (MRM) reconciliations support

We Are Looking For People Who:

- Major in:_- Bachelor of Accounting Sciences- Professional register in the Regional Accounting Council
- Experience:_- 3 years or more in similar positions

Job Competencies:
- Experience in similar positions and responsibilities.- Basic oral and written English.- Proficient in Google apps (sheets, docs, etc.) and Excel. SAP- Knowledge and experience in general Accounting, Taxes (local and federal), internal policies and procedures- Partner with other areas to achieve process improvements, achieve goals and meet deadlines.- Discretion to handle confidential information- Oral and written communication skills- Analytical and problem-solving skills- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.- Proactive self-starter with the intellectual curiosity to seek relevant questions to be answered.- Process improvement oriented
