Descrição da vaga As Finance Manager Business Partner for Marketing, you will be responsible to lead the outlook to improve profitability of our products and will support the leadership team by brining opportunities and anticipating risks to the business. **What You’ll Do**: - Responsible for supporting Marketing team by analyzing the business performance, elaborating budget and forecast, and evaluating business cases. - Support the leadership team in the decision-making process on resource allocation by providing ROI analyses on Brand Investments, monitoring pre & post launching performance. - Identifing opportunities and antecipanting risks and improving and preserve quality and accuracy on the financial processes. **Projects You’ll Work On**: - In this position, you will be invited to develop or bring solutions that can support the team to identify opportunities, which can give you a very good overview on the Marketing Strategy, under a consumer centric perspective. - You will be invited to challenge the status quo, and to propose alternatives to support the decision making. - Also, you will coordinate the Marketing Team during the Rolling Forecast process, by ensuring that the projections will be supported by solid assumptions. Qualificações - Graduation in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering or related fields; - English Advanced; - Strong experience in Finance; - Experience analysing ROI and P&L; - Experience in FMCG companies; - Analytical skills and ability to provide executive reports and insights; - Excel Advanced; - Desirable experience in tools as Power BI or similars Key competences: Leadership skills, analytical, influence ability, resilience, good interpersonal skills, strategic vision, initiative/proactivity/autonomy.
